This wine, "Gemischter Satz Sarmat," is made from a blend of a variety of grape varieties grown in the same vineyard.
The term "Sarmat" refers to a geological era that took place about 12 million years ago, during which the subsoil in the winery area was enriched with many limestone deposits.
