"Matthias Warnung grew up in a family winery in Austria, where he cultivated his skills alongside well-known winemakers such as Tom Luba. When he gained his experience in South African vineyards, mainly alongside Craig Hawkins, Matthias developed a deep passion for natural wines that express the character of the terroir. His wines, produced by hand and in small quantities, reflect the character of the land, tradition and innovation in every sip.

Trinity is a unique blend of two white varieties ('Griner and Riesling') with one red variety (Zweigelt), using the "Blanc de Noir" technique—squeezing red grapes without the skins to create white juice. The wine is wrapped in fascinating aromas of cedar, tropical fruits and rocky minerality. It has a rich and balanced structure between lively acidity and smooth tannins, with a long and satisfying finish.
