The sensual Sentimento Bianco was born from a question: how can elegance and texture be achieved using only Garganga grapes? As an answer, Pascua Vinti uses pre-selected and pre-harvested grapes before being dried in the proteo to obtain an aromatic concentration. After fermentation, the wine is aged in French oak barrels. Powerful citrus ingredients, alongside touches of peach, apricot and sweet spices characterize this wine, with a sweet and pleasant palate and a consistent and well-balanced finish.
