The Selbach family has been making wine for 400 years. Their highest quality wines are produced from vines growing on steep slopes in harmony with nature. This is a young, discounted Riesling, with fresh acidity, low sweetness and characteristic aromas of citrus, honey, flowers and white fruit - all unmistakable influences of the variety and terroir. This wine has a screw cap and a modern, cheerful display. We call it the "fish wine".
