Susanna Belvo grows vineyards at Finca La Delfina in Altamira, Oco Valley, at an altitude of 1,150 m. The wine is fermented in new French oak, where it matures for 4 months. It boasts the fun aromas of the flagship barrel of fermented Torrents grapes, strikingly similar to a Viognier with hints of white pear, white flowers and ripe peach. It has beautiful structure and acidity along with enticing fruit flavors that draw you in sip after sip. It has a lot of body with extremely delicate aromas and flavors. Fruity, floral yet still quite dry.
